If you have recently performed a hard reset on your handheld, you probably just need a new UnlockCode.
However, if your UnlockCode worked for a bit and then stopped working when you did a HotSync, your
AcidImage software is probably an old version that needs to be upgraded.
Make sure you have the latest version of each application that
is having troubles. Before continuing, please make sure you have upgraded to the latest
AcidImage applications.
The UnlockCode Wizard can use your email address to look up your order. If you don't
remember the email address you used when you placed the order, or if your email address
has changed, email AcidImage Support directly.
