There are a number of reasons why your UnlockCode might not have worked when you received it.
The good news is that the UnlockCode Wizard can get you a new UnlockCode that does work.
Make sure you have the latest version of each application that
is having troubles. There are old versions of our applications out there, and you might
have an old version. If you do, your UnlockCode might never work, or it might work for a while
and stop working, etc. Before continuing, please make sure you have upgraded to the latest versions
of the applications.
The UnlockCode Wizard can use your email address to look up your order. If you don't
remember the email address you used when you placed the order, or if your email address
has changed, email AcidImage Support directly.
