Our emails sometimes get eaten by the Internet. Our emails can also be eaten by Spam filters - if your incoming
email is being processed by a Spam filter that is deleting our emails to you, we'll never get through to you,
so please tell your Spam filter to let our messages through somehow.
There is also the possibility that the email address you provided with your order was incorrect (for example, misspelled).
If that is the case, the UnlockCode Wizard won't be able to find your order automatically, but we will email you back
at the address you provide here if we need more information to find the order.
If you don't
remember the email address you used when you placed the order, or if your email address
has changed, email AcidImage Support directly.
